BC Tidepool Girl ChessBoard for MERS 2023 Auction
A collaboration with Kathryn’s amazing niece, a junior marine biologist who sculpted the pieces for this tidepool chess board that was donated to the MERS 2023 auction for marine research and the protection of humpback whales. The board is made from reclaimed acacia and resin pieces from Kathryn’s other works.
Found pottery pendants made from broken pottery pieces we found during our creek cleanup project, made into jewelry by Canadian silversmith Carla.
