Care instructions: Made with stoneware clay and food safe glazes. Hand wash recommended, oven safe. This piece will be wrapped securely in eco friendly packaging for transit.

Why is it in the Garage Sale?
From Kathryn:
My pottery partner Catherine threw this pretty little pitcher, and I made the handle and carved it. This small pitcher was one of my first tries at the octopus handle, and the underglaze is a bit messy around the rim because it’s so much lighter to apply it before it fires, and I didn’t see the smudges. One of the tricky things about going from painting to pottery is that the colours darken a lot with firing, vs paints which stay the same colours throughout the process. It’s a little small, so would work well as a small milk or sauce pitcher. The handle is best suited for a smaller hand.
