About the Night Sky Series

Kathryn’s signature style, Fluid Landscapes, was inspired by work in a genetics lab while missing the northern forests.

About This Piece

This is a one of a kind painting in acrylic, metal and resin on a solid rectangular wood tray.

The acacia tray measures 15" by 17" by approximately 2” high, with two cutout handles - see the example photos for scale.

The tray is packaged with ribbon and a care instruction card.

Cleaning instructions: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. The flat resin tray top can be cleaned with glass cleaner or alcohol. The wood can be conditioned with mineral oil.

The tray has been finished with food safe resin, and can be used as a serving tray or decorative tray. It’s not recommended for hot foods, sharp tools, prolonged outdoor use or immersion in water.

This is a handmade piece of art, and all handmade pieces will have small flaws, bubbles or cosmetic defects in the resin, or irregularities in the wood. Check photos carefully and message us for any clarifications.
