This is an original landscape painting in genuine copper leaf and resin in Kathryn’s signature fluid landscapes style. The sky was created with a fluid acrylic paint pour. There is subtle glitter in the resin to give the painting more dimension and make it look like polished stone. This painting incorporates Kathryn’s Geode Landscapes style, with textured crystals in the resin to emulate permafrost.
This painting measures 20" x 24" on cradled birch panels, with a 1.5” depth. The edges are natural wood that has been stained a dark brown. It has been stamped on the back by the artist’s custom aspen leaf stamp. This piece features texture and a lot of metallic details and sparkle.
