Aspen Gold Leaf Trees - 22x22 Fluid Landscape 124
This acrylic, metal and resin layered mixed media painting was inspired by my former career researching aspen trees in northern Alberta. This layered mixed media piece is made with acrylic paints, composite gold leaf and food safe resin. There are three colors of subtle glitter in the resin, and there are two colorful layers of aspen trees in greens and golds. You can read about my aspen leaf logo, which was inspired by the same place.
This piece is finished in the same manner as my trays or as the upcycled kitchen tabletop that I use in my home every day with my 3 small children - the surface is very durable! The Art Resin surface can be cleaned easily with glass cleaner.
The sturdy wood and fiberboard panel measures approximately 22” square and 2” deep, and weighs about 8 lbs with hanging hardware attached. The piece comes unframed with finished edges and is ready to hang, but you can add a frame if you prefer. Sturdy d-rings are attached on the back and the painting is wired to hang.
These are original, one of a kind handmade paintings and may have small bubbles, distortions or defects in the resin. Check pictures and contact me with any questions. I guarantee all my work.
